Job Requirements:

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to fabricate metal parts.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine bend sequences and tooling requirements. 
• Select, install, and adjust tooling (dies, punches) based on job specifications. 
• Program or modify CNC machine programs as needed (depending on experience level).
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality and conformance to specifications 
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks. 
• Adjust machine settings (ram depth, back gauge, tonnage) to achieve accurate results. 
• Maintain machine efficiency and meet production deadlines. 
• Troubleshoot minor machine or process issues. 
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are kept clean and in safe working condition 
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records

Minimum Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CNC controls (Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, etc.) 
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and materials. 
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments. 
• Basic math skills, including geometry 
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Teamwork oriented with Attention to Detail
• Safety First Mindset
• Confidence working in a fast paced Warehouse or Manufacturing environment
