Job Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, spreading, and site preparation
• Perform general construction and labor duties on active job sites
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Support crew members to ensure projects are completed efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, concrete, masonry, paving, general labor, landscaping, or other outdoor work environments preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Concrete finishing, forming, or foundation experience
• Experience using construction tools and equipment
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Commercial or residential construction experience
