Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire role at our Huntsville, AL facility. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined candidate with strong hands-on experience in repairing motors, maintaining conveyor systems, and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. While basic electrical skills are required, complex electrical work is handled by outside contractors. Mechanical aptitude is essential.

Training Schedule: • Training generally occurs on 1st shift (7 AM – 7 PM) • Candidate must be willing to work non-traditional hours during the training period • Training may involve 5-day workweeks with 8-hour shifts • Must be willing to work weekends during training and after hire

Standard Schedule After Training: • 2-2-3 rotating schedule (includes working every other weekend) • Shift hours: 7 PM – 7 AM after training completion • Work environment is non-climate-controlled (exposure to heat and cold)

Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyor belts, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems • Perform mechanical maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints • Assist with basic electrical work as needed • Work with Maintenance and Plant Supervisors to complete assigned repairs and tasks • Support production operations through timely troubleshooting and equipment repair • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Required Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years old • High School Diploma and Technical College Certification in Industrial Maintenance • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance • Training and experience with electrical and basic electronics, AC/DC drives, PLC controllers, basic hydraulics, and pneumatics • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills • Ability to read schematics and blueprints • Must pass pre-employment skills testing, background check, physical, and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications: • Maintenance experience in the corrugated industry • Strong independent troubleshooting and decision-making skills

Compensation Details: • Temp-to-hire starting pay is $25.00–$26.56 per hour • Full-time hire pay rate increases to $27.76 or $28.56 per hour • Pay and level are determined by experience and education

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support our dynamic manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for an individual with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience, particularly within food or beverage production environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards—including food safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain various production and facility systems, including:
• Conveyor systems
• Filling and packaging machinery
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• PLC-controlled equipment

• Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance

• Support special projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements

• Perform general facilities maintenance, which may include:
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Other assigned maintenance tasks

• Assist in the design, layout, and implementation of production lines and associated equipment

• Utilize welding (Arc) and basic fabrication skills as needed (preferred but not required

A Maintenance Technician is needed to support operations in a plating shop environment. This role is responsible for maintaining the condition of facilities, systems, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Wage: $22–$26 per hour (up to $30 for the right candidate)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventive maintenance routines to ensure proper functioning and availability of equipment.
  • Work autonomously and responsibly with minimal supervision while adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including bearings, electric motors, pumps, fans, pipelines, and related components.

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in New Hope, MN. Education & Experience Requirements:

    • Completed apprenticeship in electro-mechanical, electrical, controls, or related field

    • Relevant military training and experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical, controls, or automation roles

  • Willingness to obtain CPR certification

  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities
•     Perform maintenance and repair on equipment used in battery production and PCB assembly
•     Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair printed circuit boards using both SMT and THT methods
•     Conduct wave soldering, hand soldering, lead trimming, and detailed inspection
•     Use a wide range of hand tools and test equipment
•     Safely lift and move materials over 50 lbs
•     Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
•     Strong background in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly
•     Experience with SMT (Surface Mount Technology): the process of building circuit boards using tiny components placed on top of the board rather than through holes. These components are positioned by machines, glued or soldered, and then melted in a reflow oven.

•     Experience with THT (Through-Hole Technology): components with metal legs that pass through holes in the board and are soldered on the bottom. These parts are larger, more durable, and commonly used in power supplies, motors, transformers, and power tool electronics.

•     Proficiency in soldering techniques and inspection standards
•     Ability to read schematics, follow work instructions, and diagnose equipment issues
