Awesome Career Opportunity! Our client is looking to invest in you and your future!  

As an Industrial Painter you will be painting components and parts made of metal, steel and aluminum.  Will be trained to meet quality and safety standards to prepare for shipping of completed materials.

Hours: Monday – Friday 2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm (overtime as needed)

Pay: $20-$26hr (DOE)

Location: Randleman, NC

  • The painter’s main responsibility is to prepare parts and /or assemblies for painting.
  • Prepare/mix paint (primer and topcoat) and apply paint to parts and assemblies to company quality and safety standards.
  • Inspect wet and dry paint mill thickness to ensure it meets company expectations for desired paint life.
  • Monitor material levels and report any shortages/issues to his/her supervisor.
  • Ensure that equipment is maintained, cleaned, and serviced on regular schedules.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Clean, evaluate and test irrigation control electronics and circuit boards for proper functionality. • Troubleshoot, repair, or replace circuit components that have failed or are operating outside of specification. • Thoroughly track and document repaired circuit boards and components replaced. • Create and/or update repair procedure documentation based on testing results, best practices, and new findings. • Identify opportunities for process improvements. • Track raw material usage and submit purchase requests to the Service Engineering Manager for required materials. • Provide operational support in the Production and Service Center.

  • Assist in compiling information and preparing responses to auditors during the annual external audit. Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department and management.

SUMMARY: 

The Sanitation Employee is responsible for the cleanliness of the facility and its equipment. Some operations of the equipment will be needed as it will need to be moved to clean all areas. The sanitation Employee will need to know all about the chemicals used and the hazards that go along with those chemicals before using. All GMP and other sanitation protective clothing should be followed. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Always follow all Company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Follows all Sanitation standard operating procedures. 
  • Responsible for ensuring all areas are cleaned (equipment, tools, trash dock, floors, drains and any other areas you may be asked to clean).
  • Make sure all sanitation documentation is signed and turned in at the end of completion. 
  • Ensure/verify labels for any chemical being used on any bucket, spray bottle, foamer or jug. 
  • Supports established GMP’s, SQF, HACCP, and housekeeping standards for all work areas.

Education and/or Experience:  

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience working in a factory or production environment is a plus
  • Experience working around mixing and conveying systems is a plus
  • Experience in Sanitation Cleaning in a plus     

Language Skills:   

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  German language speaking skills is another advantage.
