Job Opening: Cottonseed Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Cottonseed Warehouse Associate to join our agricultural operations team. In this role, you will handle the receiving, bulk storage, and shipping of cottonseed and related materials. Because agricultural cycles dictate our workflow, the ideal candidate must be highly adaptable to seasonal demand, safety-conscious around heavy machinery, and precise when tracking different seed varieties.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling & Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, front-end loaders, skid steers, and pallet jacks, to move bulk and bagged cottonseed.
• Receiving & Unloading: Assist in unloading cottonseed shipments from incoming semi-trucks, trailers, or railcars, ensuring accurate weight and product verification.
• Shipping & Outbound Logistics: Load outgoing trucks and bulk containers with precise quantities of cottonseed based on shipping orders and customer invoices.
• Facility Maintenance & Housekeeping: Keep storage bays, conveyor belts, and general warehouse spaces clean and free of loose seed, dust, and debris to maintain compliance with OSHA agricultural safety standards.
