1st shift Monday to Friday 6AM-230PM

  1. Read engineering drawings, other work and specification documents and understand what they are reading.
  2. Work from a laptop with ease moving thru the file system and Microsoft Office 365 on all platforms most importantly including Access, Outlook, and Word
  3. Communicate in Teams and business emails NOT phone text slang.
  4. Use a digital camera and take clear photos, upload and edit photos
  5. Use hand tools, (drills , hammers, screwdrivers, etc.)
  6. Count and understand numbers without mixing up order – Accuracy is paramount.
  7. Work with chemicals and microscopic testing.
  8. Use a hoist to help lift heavy parts and be safety minded when rigging the parts to lift them.  Since they must use the engineering drawing to get the correct lifting device, it is imperative that they know how to read prints to avoid severe injury or possibility of fatality.

Full-Time | On-Site

Are you known for your keen eye and attention to detail? Join our team in Brownsville as a Quality Inspector and be a key player in ensuring the parts and products moving through our warehouse meet the highest standards. If you take pride in precision and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual inspections and dimensional measurements of warehouse parts and materials
  • Use tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications
  • Document findings and report discrepancies to the Quality Manager
  • Support quality control processes and maintain accurate inspection records
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Interpret technical drawings or blueprints to ensure parts meet design requirements (a strong plus)

 

 

 

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Experience in quality inspection or a similar role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Skilled in using inspection and measurement tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Basic understanding of quality control standards and documentation
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions; knowledge of blueprint reading is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
