Operates measuring equipment when required.
Provide daily, weekly, monthly Quality metrics to supervisor
Serves as key contact for corrective actions.
Create quality focused training materials.
ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 Document control management
Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Quality Inspector performs regular product evaluations, records inspection results, and communicates improvements to the production team. To excel in this role, applicants should demonstrate great attention to detail with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular quality assessments on all requested pallets and trailer loads as required.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Read and interpret pallet and load specifications and quality standards.
- Make sure all manifest and loads required are properly audited and initialed.
- Evaluate and ensure that packaging and labeling standards meet requirements.
- Communicate necessary improvements to the DC team supervisor to ensure quality control.
- Document shift performance by completing reports and performance records.
- Support training for Distribution associates on quality standards and policies.
- Coordinate the containment process, with DC supervisor when required
- Support DC when available if requested.
