Immediate hire for 2nd shift Supervisor in St Charles!

Monday to Friday 2pm to 10:30 pm.

Annual Salary starting at $63K

• Lean Manufacturing Management
• Liaise with lean manufacturing consultants and assist with the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives
• Evaluate lean manufacturing initiative effectiveness and Promote and reinforce lean manufacturing
• Make recommendations for process improvements
• Administrative Services include Completing all required paperwork 
• Collect and review all closing order information
• Conduct scheduled KPI reporting and Accurate process data reporting.
• People Leadership skills in order to Co-ordinate training of all production employees with the Production Training Manager
• Conduct interviews for new employees
• Co-ordinate onboarding and Provide ongoing learning & development opportunities for production employees and supervisors/team leads
• Personally coach and mentor production employees and supervisors/team leads 
• Manage performance of production employees and supervisors/team leads 
• Provide recognition to production employees and supervisors/team leads 
• Provide timely communication 
• Provide employee relations services
• Implement human resource requirements
• Support the Full Responsibility and Advice Process and drive it through the organization

Hours of work – vary depending on shift with flexibility to oversee all three shifts

• Production/factory environment

• Standing for periods of up to 12 hours

• Minimal exposure to dust, powder coating paint, and noise

• Wearing of a PPE (personal protective equipment) (includes face mask, safety shoes/boots, safety goggles, and ear plugs) as required

Team Lead Supervisor 

Columbus, GA. 1st Shift 

This position manages and oversees warehouse operations and ensure efficiency. You will play an important role in coordinating warehouse staff, attend meetings, handling logistics and maintaining the warehouse systems. 

Provide guidance and projects. In charge of delegating work, overseeing progress toward goals and coaching team members, This position will also require you to do warehouse duties as well as computer systems and forklift. 

• Must have previous Team Lead experience inside a warehouse
• Have forklift experience
