Resource MFG is looking for a Warehouse Specialist in Zelienople, PA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am- 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Specialist. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are available for manufacturing production. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
• Use handheld scanners to add, remove, and track inventory transactions
• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counting and inventory adjustments
• Position and stage materials required for manufacturing operations
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Replenish pick bins and maintain organized inventory locations
• Load and unload trucks and rail containers
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating a counterbalance/sit-down forklift
• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting processes
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems

Serve customers: Greet guests with a smile and take their food and drink orders.

Prepare food: Cook or assemble simple items like hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, and nachos.

Handle money: Enter orders into a cash register, accept cash or card payments, and give back correct change.

Keep it clean: Scrub counters, wash equipment, sweep the floors, and take out the trash.

Restock items: Bring in heavy boxes of syrup, cups, ice, and food to keep the shelves full.

Check IDs: Safely check customer identification cards if the venue sells alcoholic drinks
