Responsible for ensuring that electronic components and assemblies meet the company’s quality standards and specifications. Hours: Mon-Fri 7:45-4:45pm
Pay: $22-25/hour depending on experience

Job Requirements:
•    Arrange and schedule shipments, including pickups and deliveries, and select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods and carriers. 
•    Prepare, process, and maintain all shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading, packing slips, commercial invoices, and export/customs documents. 
•     Follow the status of incoming and outgoing shipments, provide updates to customers and internal teams, and resolve any issues like delays or damages.
•     Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to verify order accuracy, assist with stock audits, and maintain accurate inventory records.
•    Act as the main point of contact for carriers, vendors, and customers regarding shipping information and order fulfillment. 
•     Ensure all outbound shipments meet quality standards and comply with relevant shipping regulations, such as those from the Department of Transportation (DOT).
•    Proactively identify and resolve shipping discrepancies, non-conformity, or customer complaints to minimize delays.
