Job Opening: Agriculture Manufacturing Associate

An Agriculture Manufacturing Associate operates and maintains machinery used in processing, packaging, and shipping agricultural products while ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

·        Machine Operation: Set up, run, and shut down specialized agricultural processing, sorting, and packaging machinery.

·        Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet company and USDA quality guidelines.

·        Sanitation & Safety: Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to food safety regulations and OSHA standards.

·        Inventory Management: Load, unload, and stage raw agricultural materials or packaged goods using forklifts or pallet jacks.

·        Routine Maintenance: Perform basic preventive maintenance and clear minor equipment jams or malfunctions.

·        Documentation: Keep accurate logs of production yields, machine runtimes, and safety checks.

Qualifications & Skills

·        Experience: 1+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or agricultural environments preferred (but not required).

·        Technical Skills: Ability to operate basic machinery and mechanical tools; forklift certification is a strong plus.

·        Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in varying temperatures.
