We are seeking a skilled Braze Operator to join our manufacturing team in Belmont, MI. The Braze Operator will be responsible for performing brazing operations on components and assemblies according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform brazing operations using torch, induction, or furnace methods.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Inspect brazed joints for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Operate and maintain brazing equipment and tools.
• Monitor temperature and timing during brazing processes.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any defects or issues.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
