Job Opening: Operator 1 – Assembly
Description
- Perform basic assembly of parts and components according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, or verbal instructions to complete assembly tasks
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and simple machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles
- Meet daily production goals and adhere to established timelines
- Accurately document work completed, including quantities and quality checks
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Basic manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
Stable Manufacturing work experience.
