Customer Service Representative to support operations in our warehouse environment. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely issue resolution.
The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, inventory, and deliveries while coordinating closely with warehouse personnel to provide accurate information. Responsibilities include entering and updating orders, tracking shipments, resolving discrepancies, responding to customer calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records. The role also supports daily warehouse operations by communicating priorities and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualified candidates will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Basic computer skills and experience with order management or inventory systems are preferred.
