Job Opening: Production Operator
Description
Production Operator Job Responsibilities:
Assemble cockpit components (bracket mounting, wiring harness connection) using pneumatic tools (torque guns) and manual tools.
Follow SOPs and torque specifications for precision assembly.
Conduct self-inspection and functional tests (screen activation, button response) per IATF 16949 requirements.
Document defects and support rework/scrap processes.
Wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves) and comply with LOTO procedures.
Report hazards during daily safety briefings.
Perform tool checks and basic maintenance; maintain 5S standards at workstations.
Work in sync with production line cycle time (Takt Time) to minimize downtime.
Shift Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $18 dollars an hour
Temp to Hire
Production, Manufacturing, warehouse experience
Able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
Flexible to cross training
Willing to work in fast pace environment
