Main tasks and responsibilities
•Clean up machines when job is out so as not to mix parts.

• Review and analyze product quality data, SPC (Statistical Process Control) dashboards, and trend reports to identify areas for improvement.

• Lead or support corrective action processes and root cause investigations for quality or food safety issues.

• Develop, revise, and approve quality & food safety policies, SOPs, specifications, and testing methods.

• Manage supplier quality, including milk/cream quality, vendor scorecards, and ensure ingredients/packaging comply with specifications.

• Coordinate sample collections (incoming, in-process, final product) for testing; ensure lab results are accurate, timely, and documented.
