ResourceMFG is hiring Machine Operators in a manufacturing facility in Nashville, TN. We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals who are looking for stable, full-time employment with overtime opportunities.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
• 3rd Shift 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
• Overtime available
• Occasional Saturdays required

Job Duties

• Work on a food production line
• Operating various machines
• Fill containers and perform quality inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety and company policies
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Must pass a comprehensive pre-employment assessment
• No jewelry, artificial eyelashes, or artificial nails permitted in the production area
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• High School diploma
