Description
This is a Contract to Hire opportunity for a client located in Marysville, MI.
1st shift 6:30am-5:00pm
$22-28 an hour
This role is responsible for installing, assembling, testing, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems on custom-built equipment.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and mechanical blueprints
Measure, bend, flare, and install rigid hydraulic tubing
Assemble and install hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, manifolds, hoses, and power units
Perform hydraulic system testing, startup, and troubleshooting
Diagnose leaks, pressure issues, and component failures
Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards
Qualifications
Experience with hydraulic pipe fitting, hydraulic assembly, or industrial hydraulic systems
Ability to read hydraulic schematics and blueprints
Knowledge of pumps, cylinders, valves, manifolds, hoses, and fittings
Experience with hydraulic tubing fabrication and installation
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience Pipefitter preferred, Ability to read schematics and blueprints, reliable attendance and good work attitude
