Position: Disc Fabricators

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:15p.m.-12:45a.m.

Training Schedule

• Must be available to train on day shift
• Training Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Training Duration: Approximately 12 weeks

Hours: Four 9-hour days (36 hours worked), with employees paid for 40 hours—an additional 4 hours of pay each week. Overtime: As needed, including Fridays.

Pay: $21.50/hour

Position Overview

• Determine required disc material thickness using formulas and procedures.
• Cut material using cutting tables and square shears.
• Set up dies in hydraulic and air presses.
• Blank and form materials while conducting burst testing.
• Adjust burst pressure through annealing and stress-relieving processes using heat treat ovens.
• Perform temperature testing when required.
• Stamp disc name tags and attach them to completed assemblies.
• Accurately complete lot card documentation.

Must be comfortable with:

• Addition, Subtraction,Multiplication,Division,Fractions,Decimals,Measurements and calculations

Computer Skills

• Basic computer proficiency

Experience with ERP systems is preferred:

• SAP, Epicor, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

The position involves a combination of standing, walking, sitting, lifting, and repetitive hand movements.
