Job Opening: Inventory Specialist

Seeking an Inventory Control professional to support inventory accuracy and material management within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory records, performing cycle counts, processing transactions, and helping ensure inventory levels remain accurate and organized.

Shift: Mon-Thurs – 6am-4:30pm

Pay: $24/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
• Process inventory transactions using an ERP system
  • Helps track materials, inventory, production orders, and customer information
  • Employees may use it to enter production data, look up inventory, process transactions, or keep records accurate throughout the manufacturing process
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancy
• Support material movement and inventory control processes
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and records

• Experience with inventory management or inventory control
• Experience using ERP systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze inventory issues and resolve discrepancies
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient with computers and data entry
