Pay: $14 or DOE

Schedule: Training in Morning: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and Switch 2nd Shift.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The Machine Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience working with manufacturing equipment, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Repair and replace defective machine components.
• Install, align, and test new equipment and machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience as a Machine Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial environments.

Preferred

• Technical school or vocational training in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and automated systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs and electrical troubleshooting.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
