Polish Operator Summary: Performs polishing and surface finishing operations on aerospace components to meet quality and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: Polish metal and composite surfaces. Remove imperfections and prepare parts for inspection or finishing. Follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and polishing equipment. Conduct visual inspections of finished surfaces. Maintain a clean and safe work environment .Qualifications: Manufacturing or finishing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work with hand and power tools.
