Job Opening: Rotary Machine Operator

Immediate openings for Rotary Machine Operators downtown Grand Rapids.

Shift: days Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p

Pay: $21/hr. – $25/hr. based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating rotary cutting equipment Loading rolls of material and adjusting machine settings
• Reading work instructions and basic part prints
• Monitoring production speed, material alignment, and finished-part quality
• Taking basic measurements and documenting quality checks
• Troubleshooting minor equipment or tooling issues
• Completing preventive maintenance and notifying maintenance of larger problems
• Meeting production schedules while limiting waste and downtime Following safety, quality, 5S, and housekeeping procedures
• Standing throughout the shift and repeatedly lifting up to approximately 45 pounds
