Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Lakeway, Texas. This hands-on role is responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping preparation, and maintaining warehouse organization.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a large number of SKUs and part numbers with accuracy, and takes pride in ensuring customers receive the right products every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive finished goods from production and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and inventory counts for accuracy.
• Maintain organized and clearly labeled inventory locations throughout the warehouse.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Review sales orders and accurately identify products required for shipment.
• Pick and verify the correct SKUs and quantities for customer orders.
• Pack products according to company packaging standards.
• Label and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Build and organize pallets as needed.
• Perform final quality checks before orders are shipped.
• Report missing, damaged, incorrect, or questionable inventory to management.
• Keep warehouse, inventory, and packing areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Support additional warehouse and production-related activities as needed.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for inventory and shipping accuracy.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, fulfillment, manufacturing, or quality assurance is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Ability to repeatedly pick, pack, and handle products.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and materials as required.
• Ability to safely build and organize pallets.
