Material Handler
Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
$18.00+ per hour (Based on Experience)

Summary
We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support manufacturing and warehouse operations by moving, storing, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the facility. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring material flow throughout the plant.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
Job Responsibilities
• Unpack, identify, move, and organize incoming materials
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
• Ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory processes
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material handling procedures
• Store materials in designated locations according to company standards
• Pull and return materials as required for production operations
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory control initiatives
• Complete material containment activities and inventory adjustments when necessary
• Safely stack, store, and relocate materials and containers
• Replace damaged boxes and packaging as needed
• Use forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Participate in quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain housekeeping standards and keep work areas organized
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and safety requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Spanish speaking required
• Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more throughout the shift
• Knowledge of inventory control and material handling practices
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attendance and dependability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is a plus
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Ability to work around warehouse and production equipment
