Location: Tampa Bay: located inside of Sable Park

ResourceMFG is currently seeking a dedicated Group Lead to join a local manufacturer in the Tampa 33619 area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a dynamic work environment. Pay $18 – $20 per hour 

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention and support to associates on the production floor.
• Distribute work assignments, address inquiries, and monitor accuracy and quality for fiber optic cable assemblers.
• Generate daily reports and maintain order tracking systems on the production floor.
• Collaborate closely with the production manager to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Translate documents and emails from English to Spanish and vice versa.
• Utilize computer skills to facilitate job duties effectively.

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Proficiency in reading and translating English documents and emails.
• Computer literate with the ability to operate necessary software.
• Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.

ResourceMFG is hiring Electronic Inspectors in Bloomington!

Shift Day & Time:

7:00AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday

Pay Rate:

$16 per hour. 

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic products.
• Adhere to procedures and work instructions, achieve hourly production rates and minimum quality standards as defined in the Quality Objectives.
• Understand and follow the production flow process, continuous development of knowledge relating to product type and model identification.
• Adhere to company policies and required attendance guidelines, follow all safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work space and inform Supervisor or Team Leader of recurring issues.
• Potential work in the shipping department when orders are needed. 
• Prepping product for shipment for a Indiana legacy. 

Job Requirements:

• Basic computer skills where applicable.
• Walking up to 1 to 3 miles per day. Up to 50 lbs lifting is required. 
• No diploma or GED needed.
