Job Opening: 2nd shift Assemblers/Machine Operators

Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Monday–Friday

Mandatory Overtime: Some Saturdays

We are seeking reliable and skilled Assemblers and Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Position Summary

In this role, you will operate press machines and assemble metal components according to detailed specifications. You will work from blueprints and production schedules to ensure accurate, high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble metal components per work instructions and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules
• Set up machines, perform tool changes, and adjust settings as needed
• Inspect parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to leadership
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an assembler or machine/press operator preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable attendance and ability to work overtime as required
