Job Opening: Warehouse Associate

Follow directions from the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, and Plant Supervisor/Foreperson.

Maintain proper product rotation and track inventory of supplies and assigned items.

Ship butter orders accurately and complete required paperwork.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant:

• Maintain clean yellow safety borders
• Store all inventory at least 18 inches from walls

Conduct monthly and annual inventories.

Communicate warehouse updates and issues to management.

Check product quality before shipping and ensure customer requirements are met.

Inspect trucks before loading to ensure cleanliness and proper refrigeration.

Do not load damaged or non-conforming products.

Assist with training new employees.

Follow all safety rules, work procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Use required safety equipment and work safely at all times.

Troubleshoot minor issues and report larger problems to management.

Perform other duties as assigned.
