Location: Morrisville/Durham, NC

Shifts: 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Pay: $20-21.13 

Experience Required: Must have hands-on experience operating Reach Trucks, Stand-Up Forklifts, Cherry Pickers and Sit-Down Forklifts

Job Responsibilities for Forklift Operators:

Receiving & Storing

• Offload shipments and transport items to designated storage locations

Order Preparation

• Assemble, stack, palletize, and prepare items for shipment

Loading & Unloading

• Safely load/unload trailers and move products throughout the facility

Inventory Handling

• Maintain and rotate stock, follow inventory control processes

Material Movement

• Use pallets, crates, and forklifts to transport materials safely and efficiently

Equipment Maintenance

• Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts

Safety Compliance

• Follow all safety protocols, stack and secure loads correctly, and adhere to company policies

General Duties

• Complete necessary paperwork, assist with cycle counts, clean work area, and communicate via radio as needed

Operate machinery and production equipment according to established procedures

Set up machines before production runs, including calibration and testing

Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and report major problems to maintenance teams

Maintain accurate production logs, documentation, and reports

Follow safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company guidelines

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
