Position Overview

In this role, you will work alongside a team of experienced technicians to investigate returned products, determine potential root causes, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Job Purpose

This role leads investigational efforts related to returned products associated with customer complaints, with a primary focus on capital equipment (such as computer systems). This position operates on a rotating schedule, offering built-in overtime, predictable scheduling, and significant time off each month. Candidates with direct flexographic press experience will be eligible for higher pay rates.
