Job Opening: Forklift Operator

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support logistics operations within a warehouse and/or data center environment. This role plays a critical part in material handling, equipment transport, and inventory control, with a strong emphasis on safe and efficient forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• •  Operate unload shipments and transport server racks to designated areas
  • Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory using packing lists and BOLs
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
  • Perform inventory tracking, audits, and cycle counts
  • Accurately complete system transactions for receiving and shipping
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (5S standards)
  • Communicate with team members, vendors, and internal departments
  • Assist with boxing, unboxing, and general warehouse duties
  • Follow all safety procedures and meet daily productivity goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, electric tugs)
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed
• Team player with good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or data center experience
• Inventory control or shipping/receiving experience
