Job Opening: Warehouse Lead

Employbridge is in search of a Warehouse Lead!

• Location: South Charlotte (Will be relocating to Noda area)
• Schedule: Mon – Fri 
• Shift: 9:30am – 6pm 
• Pay:  $20/hr, temp to hire role 
• Reports to: Warehouse Manager 

Position: 

The Warehouse Lead is a hands-on working lead responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations in a small, event supply facility. This role supports order picking, packaging, inventory movement, and outbound shipments – while also guiding a small team, maintaining workflow, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The Lead will use Apple devices to manage orders and ensure iPads and event materials are prepared and shipped correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Workflow Coordination - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure orders are completed on time
• Hands-On Order Picking - Pick, pack, and prepare event supply orders using Apple products for order details
• Team Leadership - Keep a small team on task, provide direction, and support productivity
• Time & Attendance Tracking - Monitor lunches, breaks, and daily hours; communicate discrepancies
• Inventory Support - Assist with restocking, inventory counts, and maintain organized storage areas
• Communication - Coordinate with management on order status, staffing needs, and workflow issues

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years warehouse experience, including picking/packing
• Prior experience in lead role
• Comfortable using Apple products for order processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and maintain pace in a small-team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to hold others accountable professionally
