• Learn and demonstrate the ability to clearly and professionally communicate internal timeline requirements to the sale teams, surgeons, and other medical personnel.

• Learn and demonstrate the ability to perform additional administrative tasks.

• Learn and demonstrate the ability to assign IPS Designers and IPS Design Engineers to IPS Cases needing design.

• Learn and demonstrate the ability to prioritize the design management of IPS Cases based on their urgency and internal resources. • Learn and demonstrate the ability to assist in documentation of designer training.

• Learn and demonstrate the ability to create order information for IPS cases.

• Learn and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with IPS Admin MFG and production teams to manage the manufacturing processes.

• Learn and demonstrate the ability to assist in creation of documents regarding topics such as design training, stock numbers, internal processes.

  • Plans stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of stock.

The Inventory Control Supervisor directs the Inventory Control team and is responsible for conducting daily cycle counts, adjustments to inventory levels, review of daily shorts, expiration reports, damages, inventory rotation and quality issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Checks orders for accuracy and conducts required physical inventory counts in conjunction with customer orders prior to shipment.
  • Ensures that items are properly packed and labeled including but not limited to samples, literature, and miscellaneous items for shipment. 
  • Prepares, checks and ships customer orders and ensures that all transactions are recorded in company database.

  • Prepares the daily orders for shipment  and completes necessary shipping documentation and directs all outgoing FedEx, UPS, USPS, and International Shipping.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create test reports that accurately describe test results and any other findings observed during test and/or troubleshooting processes.
  • Interface with other cross-functional departments, and possibly customers.
  • Utilize, enter data, and to track yield/troubleshooting details with Clarity application for tested and debugged assemblies for all products.

  • Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure smooth processes
  • Manage disposable authorizations (DA’s) requests and maintain disposal logs
  • Assist in work order closure and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Monitor production processes, reconcile variances, and identify areas for improvement

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing planning, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced planning tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
