Temp to hire opportunity with global medical manufacturing company!
This role supports the Sales Department, in coordination of administrative functions. Supports and corresponds with sales reps to have sales sets, instruments for meetings, and other sales aides sent out.
• Communicates with Sales Force to maintain materials on accounts.
• Generates sales orders, return orders and quotes.
• Responds to inquiries from the sales force by providing feedback via telephone or email.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Takes calls from sales reps.
• Receive requests for inventory to be shipped.
• Excel, data entry, and call center experience are preferred.
• AS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.
• Customer support skills.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Able to efficiently communicate and collaborate amongst a team.
