Duties:

• Assemble bottles and related components according to production specifications.
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment and assembly line machinery.
• Inspect bottles and packaging materials for defects or quality issues.
• Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.

KLUGE Setup Operator – 1st Shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM)

Wage:

• $23–$25/hour without prior KLUGE experience

• $30+/hour with specific KLUGE experience

Position Overview

This role involves setting up and operating KLUGE and Bobst press equipment used for die cutting, foil stamping, embossing, laminating, and folding/gluing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with die cutting machinery and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate KLUGE or Bobst die-cutting equipment

• Perform foil stamping, embossing, and die cutting as required

• Maintain consistent quality standards throughout production

• Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the Production Manager

• Work overtime when necessary to meet production demands

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of die-cutting experience on any material

• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong knowledge of die-cutting equipment operation

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs

• Ability to visually inspect work for defects and color accuracy
