Job Summary:

The Forklift Operator I is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and prepare products within a warehouse while maintaining safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and documentation.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and store materials.
• Pick, pull, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify product quantities and shipment accuracy.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems for inventory tracking.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory control, and stock rotation.
• Report inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, and operational issues.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience preferred.
• Must pass Client forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Basic math, computer, Excel, and customer service skills.
