Cold Storage Warehouse (34°F) | Mandatory Overtime Available

We are seeking experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join our growing team. Candidates must have at least one year of verified stand-up forklift experience and be comfortable working in a 34°F refrigerated warehouse environment. This position requires flexibility to work mandatory overtime during peak production periods.

Key Responsibilities

Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, and stage products
Work in a refrigerated warehouse environment (34°F) using provided PPE
Pick, pull, and organize inventory accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Support operational needs, including mandatory overtime when required

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
Comfortable working in a 34°F cold storage environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work mandatory overtime
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards

Available Shifts & Pay Rates

Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday)

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $24.00/hr
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $25.00/hr

Weekday Shift (Monday-Thursday)

6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $22.00/hr
5:00 PM – 3:30 AM | $23.00/hr
