Job Opening: Copper Brazers-Core Assembly-Fin Press Operator

We are hiring Copper Brazers, Core Assembly and Final Assembers for an OUTSTANDING client in Claremore!

PAY: $24/ hour

SHIFTS:

• 2nd -M-Thurs 3:30pm-2:00am
• Weekend: Fri-Sun 5a-5:30pm

COPPER BRAZER DUTIES:

• Braze Copper Tube and pipe to form the header on the heat exchanger.
• Braze required copper fittings onto header.
• Maintain proper torch and braze rod technique.
• Maintain proper braze certification (ASME).
• Pressure test units.
• Must read and interpret instructions and diagrams (blueprints).

FIN PRESS DUTIES:

• Set up and operate fin press machines to produce aluminum fins per specifications
• Install and align dies, tooling, and coils
• Monitor press operation for quality
• Perform inspections using measuring tools
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Adjust machine settings
• Perform routine maintenance
• Document production and quality data

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year manufacturing
• Stamping experience a PLUS!
• Blueprint reading ability
• Mechanical aptitude
• Inspection tool usage
• Progressive die experience (Preferred not required)
• Heat exchanger knowledge (Preferred not required)
• Safety Sensitive - able to pass 10-panel drug screen
