Job Opening: Paint Technician

–  Looking at parts quality after each step of the process

– Must know how to identify paint defects on parts

– Must know how to reset basic failures of the paint line and to use basic supervision function to keep the paint line running

– Cleaning of applicators – Have interest in paint application settings

– Responsible to perform paint process control before and during production

. – Needs to inform his superior in case of any deviation

– Participate in Continuous Improvement tools (POSITIVE, POMs, Focused Improvement Roadmaps, etc)

Attention to detail.

Able to read, write, & perform math functions. 

Understanding of charts and graphs.
