?? Pay Rate: $21.50 – $23.50 per hour (DOE)
?? Location: Costa Mesa, CA
? Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently
• Set up equipment according to production specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major concerns
• Maintain accurate production records
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Job Requirements

? Minimum 6 months of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment

? Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures

? Strong attention to detail and quality standards

? Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods

? Reliable attendance and punctuality

? Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

? High school diploma or equivalent preferred
