Picker / Packer Associate

Location: Rogers, MN

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Picker/Packer Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders using an iPad-based system, preparing products for shipment, and helping maintain efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and is eager to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding organization.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using an iPad-based order management system
• Use a warehouse cart to efficiently move throughout the facility while fulfilling orders
• Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipment
• Pack products safely and securely to meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory organization and other warehouse projects as needed
• Follow company procedures and productivity expectations
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals
• Learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities as the business grows

Qualifications

Required:

• Reliable attendance and strong dependability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using an iPad and basic technology
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Preferred:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Order picking and packing experience
• Experience using handheld devices, tablets, or warehouse management systems

Warehouse experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate who demonstrates reliability, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
