Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to support clients and internal teams within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met through timely communication, problem resolution, and coordination with operations teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting shipment processes and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
• Manage and enter customer shipment orders into operational systems
• Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure efficient shipment execution
• Handle complaints and issue resolution, identifying solutions and preventing recurrence
• Prepare and manage customer quotes and pricing requests
• Support customer onboarding, including setup and data entry into systems
• Maintain and update customer records and account data
• Monitor shipments and provide regular updates to customers
• Generate and review customer reports as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and overall process efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or related field
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to quote management, shipment coordination, or customer onboarding
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred but not required)
