Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our team in West Chester, Ohio. This position is responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and install electrical components, panels, and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on equipment and machinery.
• Perform electrical testing using multimeters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and automation equipment.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety regulations.
• Document repairs, modifications, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Electrical Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient with electrical testing and troubleshooting equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
