We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Machine Operators and Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. Pay

• $18.50 – $19.00/hour for entry-level machine operators
• $20.00 – $24.00/hour for candidates with strong machine operating and manufacturing experience
• Overtime opportunities available

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
  • Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days
  • Alternating schedule provides built-in days off throughout the month

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and press equipment
• Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and specifications
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and output
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance
• Assist with troubleshooting and minor machine repairs
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Experience operating presses, converting equipment, packaging machinery, or paper manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
