Job Description
Cymmetrik Technologies USA Southwest, Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Technician to join our team in Santa Teresa, NM. The Technician will support production operations, perform quality inspections, follow work instructions, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work overtime as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform production and assembly tasks according to company procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety policies and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or technician experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds, as needed.
- Must be dependable and have good attendance.
- Must be available to work overtime when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
