The primary function of this position is to maintain/clean furnaces used in production.  You will be processing green parts in production by programming, loading, operating solvent debind stations and sintering furnaces. Perform minor repairs and maintains equipment as necessary or requested. Works under minimal supervision.   

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Operates solvent debind stations and all sintering furnaces 
• Programs all debind and sintering equipment
•  Loads and unloads all equipment ensuring proper positioning of parts as well as keeping scrap to a minimum 
• Cleans and visually inspects furnaces for proper operation 
• Performs minor repairs to equipment as needed including replacing insulators, patching heating bands, and other related machine repairs 
• Accurately processes paperwork and performs computer entries 
• Arranges work time to enable the completion of all operations in debind and sintering 
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area 
• Completes reports related to debind and sintering as assigned

Location: Millersburg, OH

Shift: Training on 1st Shift, then move to 2nd Shift | Full-Time

ResourceMFG is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance team in a plastics packaging facility. This is a great opportunity for someone motivated to learn and grow in a clean, structured environment.

Job Duties:

• Inspect finished products and in-process work for defects

• Perform quality checks according to customer specifications

• Use measuring and testing equipment to ensure compliance

• Document inspections and complete required forms

• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment (lift up to 40 lbs)

What to Expect:

• Training begins on 1st shift, then transition to 2nd shift as permanent schedule

• Opportunity to be cross-trained across multiple departments

• Hands-on experience with inspection tools and GMP standards

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and near vision

• Utilizing bobcat PIT to transport scrap, load and unload
