Job Opening: Molding 2nd shift

We have immediate molding openings in Battle Creek with a growing company.

Afternoon shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm

Evening shift 11:00pm-7:00am.

• Molding Production Execution
• Operate molding workstation equipment to produce high-quality molded components
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and station checklists
• Load raw materials (blanks) into ovens and prepare for molding process
• Transfer heated materials into mold tools for forming and production
• Remove molded parts and move them to the next operation (trim or finishing)
• Meet or exceed hourly production targets while maintaining quality standards 

Previous manufacturing, ability to lift 50lbs, stand for 8-10 hours, bending, twisting and repetitive motions
