Job Opening: Assembler
Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate has basic experience using tools and equipment and is able to communicate in English. This position involves assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining quality and efficiency. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products according to detailed instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
- Use basic tools and equipment such as drills, wrenches, and measuring devices
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Communicate effectively in English to follow instructions and collaborate with team members
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Assist with maintaining inventory of parts and supplies as needed
- Support team members in achieving daily production goals
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed

Qualifications:
- Basic experience using tools and equipment (e.g., drills, wrenches, measuring devices)
- Proficient in English (verbal and written communication)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
