Job Opening: Line Lead/Mixer

Line Lead/Mixer needed in Saint Paul, MN

Shift: Mon-Fri 2:30PM-11:00PM

Payrate: $19-20/hr 

Responsibilities:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee production line to ensure that all employees are effectively completing job duties in a safe manner that creates quality products.
• Ensure correct materials are being used/mixed in the production of final product.
• Set machinery to mix appropriate raw materials into final product.
• Complete and record quality checks throughout manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met. 
• Perform duties on the production line as needed.
• Refill product component stations such as labels, cartons, bottles, etc.  
• Ensure safety standards and expectations are met at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe work station and surrounding areas.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Complies with all company policies & procedures including but not limited to attendance & appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to run and make minor adjustments to machinery.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Ability to perform work on a manufacturing line.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Basic ability to complete written documentation of product made and quality measurements.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Ability to problem solve and escalate issues when needed.
• Ability to visually inspect product as well as complete quality measurements.
• Ability to work safely as well as enforce and maintain safety expectations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work is performed in a manufacturing setting with machinery. Physical essential functions of the job include but are not limited to: standing for long periods of time, bending, reaching, and moving around machinery. Lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Ability to consistently work in extreme temperatures.
