• Perform visual inspections on all product lines. • Perform production line acceptance testing including insulation tests and function tests.

• Perform some mechanical assembly.

ResourceMFG is seeking Warehouse Forklift Order Pickers – Mid and Night Shift available in the Youngstown area!

Schedule: Monday -Friday: 9:00am to 5:30pm or 1:00pm to 9:30pm 

Payrate: $16-18hr

What You’ll Do

• Accurately pick customer orders by SKU, lot, and quantity using pick tickets, handheld scanners, or voice-pick systems

• Verify product codes, descriptions, quantities, expiration dates, and lot numbers

• Pack and prepare orders following company standards—using correct cartons, liners, dunnage, and ice/gel packs as needed

• Build, wrap, and label pallets; affix shipping labels and documentation accurately

• Stage and load completed orders safely for carrier pickup according to dock schedules

• Replenish pick faces and rotate inventory using FIFO/FEFO methods

• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories

• Maintain product integrity by following cold-chain and temperature-control guidelines

• Record all movements and completions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy goals while maintaining safety and quality standards

• Keep work areas organized, clean, and hazard-free following 5S/housekeeping principles

• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely (training provided)

• Support special warehouse projects such as kitting, relabeling, or rework

• Participate in regular safety talks and report any hazards immediately

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience a plus (but we’ll train the right candidate!)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Comfortable working in refrigerated (34°F) and freezer (-10°F) environments

• Ability to lift and move boxes safely throughout your shift

• Training Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Their responsibilities include setting up equipment, monitoring product for quality control, and troubleshooting machinery issues while adhering to strict safety and cleanliness standards.

Operator Duties:

• Operating encapsulation machines
• Preparing and maintaining daily records.
• Labels ingredients and complete all paperwork
• Follow all SOP’s and GMP requirements
• Work in a fast pace environment, monitoring and running machinery to ensure it functions properly

They set up 10 to 12 hoses each day.
