Job Responsibilities
- Insulate plastic piping systems (chilled water, hot water, refrigerant)
- Install elastomeric insulation (e.g., Armaflex, K-Flex)
- Apply rigid PVC and/or aluminum jacketing for weatherproofing
- Seal and finish joints to specification (vapor-tight, clean installs)
- Repair or replace existing insulation as needed
- Support general labor/fabrication tasks when insulation workload is low
